Utility Billing

City of Minden utility customers receive a single monthly bill covering electricity, water, sewer, and garbage services .

 

You can pay your utility bill, transfer an account, or establish a new account at the Light and Water Department , located inside Minden City Hall, 520 Broadway St.

 

Other Payment Options Include:

• In Person: Visit our office during regular business hours, Monday – Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm excluding holidays. 
• After-Hours Drop Box: Located on the side of City Hall, near the awning and drop box.
• Kiosk: Located on the side of City Hall, near the awning and drop box and on Main St, facing City Hall
• Accepted Payment Methods: Cash, credit card, check, money order, or sign up for monthly ACH draft. 
• City of Minden App: Pay your utilities conveniently through our mobile app or the City of Minden website.
