Minden Fire Department

The Fire Department provides emergency fire and rescue response, fire prevention and public education. The combination department was established in 1908 and serves the City from two fire stations.

Animal Control

Minden Animal Services issues dog licenses, impounds stray animals, enforces animal-control ordinances and investigates animal cruelty, nuisance and other animal-related complaints.
