Rental Facilities

 Several public buildings and park facilities may be rented for community and family activities, such as reunions. Minden Community House, 711 Gladney Street, will seat 160 people banquet-style and 225 auditorium-style. The facility includes a kitchen. The downtown Minden Civic Center has an assembly room for special events for up to 600 banquet-style and 850 auditorium-style. It includes a stage and fully equipped kitchen. The Minden Fairgrounds, located at 800 Goodwill St., is the site of the annual Webster Parish Fair. The public may rent the Forestry Building there for reunions and meetings. The Forestry Building has auditorium-style seating for 350 and banquet-style seating for 200.
