Utility Billing

City of Minden utility customers pay one bill for electricity, water, sewer, and garbage Customers can pay a utility bill, transfer an account or establish a new account at the Light and Water Department, located in the Minden City Hall, 520 Broadway St. Drive-through service is available until 4.00 p.m. and a drop box for after-hours payments is next to the drive-through window. Customers may pay by cash, credit card, check, money order or have the payment drafted from their checking account monthly. Additionally, you can pay your utilities using our City of Minden app.
